Our Mission

Protecting Pollinators. Strengthening Communities.

Our mission drives every planting event, every classroom workshop, and every partnership we build across South Jersey's four counties.

Our Core Pillars

How We Fulfill Our Mission

Habitat Restoration

Converting underutilized turf and public spaces into thriving native pollinator gardens, from Mays Landing to Swedesboro and beyond.

Environmental Education

Delivering NJ DOE-aligned pollinator education to 500 to 800 students annually, bringing science to life through hands-on planting and field experiences.

Community Stewardship

Engaging residents, schools, municipalities, and veterans across four South Jersey counties in lasting conservation action.

Veterans Engagement

Providing therapeutic stewardship and community gardening programs that build skills, connection, and purpose for veterans.

Sustainable Landscapes

Implementing native rain gardens and green infrastructure that improve stormwater management in South Jersey's flood-prone communities.

Honeybee Stewardship

Championing managed honeybee health alongside native pollinator conservation through education, sponsorships, and public awareness.

Our Values

What Guides Us

Community First

The best conservation work is rooted in the communities it serves, built with local people, for local places.

Hands-On Action

We get in the soil. Every project, every planting day, every workshop is tangible, measurable work.

Education & Awareness

Lasting change starts with understanding. We teach the why behind every native plant and every pollinator we protect.

Inclusion

From students to seniors, veterans to volunteers, everyone has a place in this movement.

Stewardship

We don't just install gardens. We build the community knowledge and commitment to care for them long-term.

Integrity

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we operate with full transparency, accountability, and dedication to our mission.

“This isn't just about bees. It's about building resilient communities in the face of environmental challenges. By focusing on native plants and grassroots involvement, we're empowering residents to protect pollinators and preserve our natural heritage for generations.”
